Woah!!!!! Been like 3-4 months since i last blog.

I'm back from my Korea trip, celebrated Christmas, count down 2010, welcome the birth of our 2nd nephew- Theodore, attended Isa's wedding and celebrated Lunar new year.

Time files. It's a brand new year again and age is catching up! In fact, it kinda of scare me. Well, everyone has to pass through this stage.

Korea Trip 2009 - Part 1

We went on a trip to Korea on 22/11/09 for 8 days 6 nights.

It was a trip to celebrate our ROM in August. We enjoyed ourselves 101% and fall in love with Korea. The bad part is the language barrier as most Korean cannot speak simple english.

I will be breaking Korea Trip 2009 in several parts. Too many photos hence too many agony having to wait for the photos to be uploaded.

I miss Blogging

It has been a really long time since i have last blog. Around 2 months, i guess. I kinda of miss blogging such as reading other's blog, writing my blog, taking photos and posting them on my blog. It was so much fun when i had the time to think what interesting things or topic that I can post about. I realised that i didn't had so much time and energy to do it. It was like when i got home i wished that i can lie down and rest or maybe enjoy a online show and just stone.

I was extremely busy. Main reason is that I got a new job and learning to adapt to the environment and their working culture. There's huge amount of paperwork and miscellaneous stuffs to do. There were days where i had to bring my work home to do and stay back in the office as late as 9.30pm. Now everyone got to have a duty roster to play a part in picking up the phone and answering client's enquires. I guess there are many more busy days to come. So scary! I'm unsure about my work and still learning. Hopefully once i got a hang of it, things will certainly be easier. The colleagues are quite OK and we got along well. I prayed for that. Good colleagues are hard to come by.

I am so looking forward to my Korea Trip this coming November. Yippee! Although, Korea is my "most-wanted" destination, I still should go see the world. I dying to go Bangkok as it has been 10 years since i last went. I don't know how different it was now. I am ready to save up for my Bangkok trip after i return from Korea. It will be soon when i will go purchase my winter jacket and other stuffs. Hehehe!

OMG! My Bestie Isa is getting ROM in February next year. So happy for her that it's now her turn. She has chose her wedding gown and going to take photo shooting next month. I remember when there is a time where she jokingly complaint that her SO did not do any action. Now faster than me! Hehe! Though, i find that her wedding date is abit rush and do not have ample time to do planning but if she is happy, I am.

To Isa: Babe, u will be the prettiest bride! :)

I will be deciding on my wedding venue before going down to select my wedding gown and photo shooting. DD told me we should schedule our wedding dinner next year end.

After which, we went for a small pinic and a swim at the beach. No photos for the later part as we are all exhausted and extremely hungry! Heee! Then, we headed for Bugis to eat BBQ steamboat buffet @ 天天火锅 from 9pm to 11.30pm and caught the last train home. The variety is quite alot and the food delicious. I can't remember how many prawns i ate but i love prawns so much. Phew! It was such a sinful and filling dinner.

I do enjoyed my weekend and meeting up with his buddy. Been a while since we met up.

Darn, tomorrow is Monday again. Work work work!

Night Safari

On National Day, we went to Night Safari for the very first day. They are having a 1 for 1 promotion till end of august so we decide to make a trip there since it's quite a good deal.

Night Safari being world's first night zoo in the world. It is rather excting to visit. The weather was super warm and humid that i was sweating like nobody's business but my spirits were up high. We went on a tram and did some trails. It was an different kind of experience seeing these animals at night. Animals roam freely on the roads and you can have extreme close encounter with them.

A pity that my camera was unable to capture the animals as no flash are allowed in order not to scare those animals. Bummer! Well, i guess u have to feel the live experience.

I realised that i really took alot of photos on my ROM day.

Feeling extremely tired that i fell ill. Today, i took medical leave to rest at home for a day. Head pounding, body aching and blocked nose. OMG! After sleeping for a day, i am feeling better but still have to need more rest.

Our ROM is a great success.

I would like to thanks everyone for making time to attend our ROM and making it a sucess. Also thank you for the lovely gift/ ang pow. I got some feedbacks that most of the guest enjoyed themselves especially with the food. Haha!

I have some regrets that i did not look too good that day. In fact, i think my face is so bloated and fat. I don't know what happen but i know that i did not get enough rest. It has been a tring week for me and i just started work i have to pay alot of attention to absord the informations.

I can't smile properly that day! Oh my gosh, make me look so fake and unatural. Sigh! Where is my usual smile gone to when I need it most? Haha

I find that my makeup artist did not do a really great job for me. My makeup and hairdo is lower than my expectation. My mummy and granny was telling me that the makeup did not make me stand out. In fact, the routine makeup that i wear is much nicer, brighter and prettier. For sure, i can't be better than a professional but maybe because i knew what products suits my skin best.

I did a mess at saying my vows. There's a miscommunication and i'm blur. Haha! I guess that i'm nervous but i'm feeling sore. How come, got no rehersal one arh? Haha! Darn, i should have requested for one to put me well prepared.

Despite all those regrets - I am still very happy. Offically Mrs Chua! Whahaha!

Collection of ROM certificate

We took half a day today to go collect our ROM certificate for Saturday.

Afterward, we went to Raffles City to walk around.

I manage to do a small shopping spree to get some new clothes to wear to my workplace. I got 3 tops from Dorothy Perkins. They are t-shirt and so comfortable to wear. Although, i like longer sleeves to cover my FAT arms. Argh! Maybe when i don't feel umfortable, i will wear a jacket/cardiagn over it.

I joined Watson to be their memeber for $5 (Lifetime). In addition, got some voucher too.

After work, went to do a simple manicure for my ROM. It cost me $30 with these 3D pattern without crystal. I paste the crystal on myself using a nail glue. Manicure are freaking expensive lah. How come so many girls are so crazy about them? If unless for special occassion, i will not ever visit a nail salon because i feel so heart pain. $$$ flying away!

First day at my new workplace.

I find that they have a open concept and there's alot of young people mostly around 19-30. Woah! It's the first time i see so many young people under an office working environment.

I'm feeling so tired as i did not have a good night rest. Boo! Especially my eyes feel so tired. Hence, i might go to bed early tonight. =)

It's weekend so we had to go out to relax. We decide to go Orchard to walk around. I really feel tired today! These few days, i didn't get enough rest. I have been sleeping late and waking up around 8+am without taking any afternoon nap. Oh my gosh, i really get used to having lots of rest.

JB trip with Mummy

I went JB with Mummy today.

We had a hearty lunch of curry fishead. So yummy!~ I didnt take a photo because it was so crowded. Then, we went Citysquare to do some shopping.

Etude House in JB having up to 50% discount. I bought this 3 brushes RM19.90 each at 40% and cost me total around RM36. Good deal! Buy 3 to try if good then i'm going back to get more.

Decided to get Rexona for myself and DD to try after hearing many reviews that it helps to prevent heavy sweating. I don't really like because my armpit feel waterproof. Haha! Even if you sweat, your arm pit still smell nice with Rexona.

DD passed me his Final Theory book and question. Yeah! Finally, i can start to study and then book for my Final Theory Test. After i passed, i will be learning on the road soon. Hee!

After JB trip, i went to meet DD near his place. Then, i walked around and spend more money. Sigh! Gambler said that they will chop off their hands, Shopaholic should dig out their eyes. Haha!

Normal black shoes - $15.00 after a 20%. Cheap and comfortable.

At Sasa, i purchased Beauty Talk mask at $1.95 (usual: $6.80) and NUXE cleansing foam + toner at $39.90 (usual: $67.80). I think NUXE is a good buy and the products are of high quality. I find that this product makes my skin clearer and fairer. Look less sallow and dull thus make makeup application goes on smoothly. I would highly recommend: Creme Etincelante for night use and Creme Fraiche de Beaute Formule "Light" for day use. It will take around 1-2 weeks to see results. I heart NUXE! ❤

I tried on the Beauty Talk mask and the packaging is very nice. Look at my mask, got pink polka dots on it. It resemble my blog skin. Haha! So girly!

Tiring Thursday

I went to sign my appointment letter and took my medical test this morning. I am a HAPPY girl.

I didn't want to go home to so intend to do a small shopping spree and damage end up to be $80++ inclusive of stuffs and food. Sigh! Money really not easy to earn but want to spend like "flowing tap water". Anyway, i am happy with my findings today.

Being a "kiasu and kapo" singaporean, see long queue so also want to try. Since i had the time, i joined the queue to buy Peking Duck. They also selling Roast Pig but i didn't buy because DD just want to snack. It's been the longest time since i have tasted Roast PIG lor. Haha!

5 pieces of Peking Duck for $6. The taste is not too bad. During ordering, you will see people ordering like 2-3 boxes. Siao one, really so nice meh? Haaa! Anyway, my DD loves it!

Yummy balls 6 for $4.80. It's hot and cook by Japanese chief. Seriously is more delicious than Taco Pachi. Definetly, will go back to buy them when i'm at ION.

SASA duo lipgloss :- Seriously, i don't know why the hell i bought it. Haha! I totally dislike it. Impluse buying!

Too Face mood changing lipgloss :- It smells like cherry. Once, i put on the color changed and turn SO PINKISH on me. I feel so werid looking myself in a HOT PINK lip color.

Sephora lipstick in "Star" :- Color is nice when i swatched it on my hands. I find the color doesn't stay long and too much glitter.

Maybelline mineral blush in "W01 True Peach" :- Bought it at Loreal's sales but did not achieve the color that i want.

The Body Shop pink glow enhancer :- Helps to brighten the skin but i hate it when it's make my face look oily especially in this super humid weather! Overall, it's nice!

The Body Shop brillance powder :- Product is cool! More suitable when going for dinner or function.

Eyeliner / Mascara that i regret buying

- KATE Kanebo Gel Eyeliner

I believe it is one of the earliest Gel Eyeliner found in SG beside beside MAC Fuidline.

At that time, when i intend to purchase KATE Kanebo gel eyeliner , it was Out-Of-Stock everywhere. I have to go check every counter and wait for the stocks to arrive. I am so excited when i got it but it disappoint me. Sigh!

Afer a few usage, the gel start to dry up. It makes the application so messy when the flakes are all over your face and even get into your eyes. Ouchy! So frustrating. It's so bad!

- Majolica Majorca "Gorgeous Wing" Mascara

I kinda of regret buying these but don't get me wrong that they are bad. The quality is rather good but just that i don't used them often and hiding inside my container. I normally will apply mascara when I go work because it's hassle free.

Diorshow Mascara :- I think its add too much volume and clump up my lashes. I dislike the heavy feeling when i blink. Sigh! I should have gotten Dior Ionic instead.

Stila "Major Major lash" Mascara :- No big deal about this one. It's not waterproof and applicator brush is rather big which makes it hard to handle.

Majolica Majorca "Gorgeous Wing" Mascara :- Staying power is there but i dislike the scent. It has the same scent as Fasio Mascara which i destest.

Majolica Majorca pen eyeliner in "Black" :- Unable to gilde on smoothly and the liquid is inconsistent. Have to draw like 4-5 times to get the intense black.

Majolica Majorca pen eyeliner in "White" :- I intend to use it for the corner of my eyes but it does sting my eyes slightly. Color payoff is rather good and lasting.

Bourjois Khol eyepencil in "Black & White" :- Color is too creamy and intense for my liking. Bought this for my waterline.

My Holy Grail are Fiberwig mascara and ZA Cutie Curl for mascara, Bourjois clubbing liquid eyeliner and Loreal liquid eyeliner. I don't think i can ever live without my HG. When there's sales, i like to stock up 1-2 more! Haa!

Happy or Sad?? / Lucky or Unlucky??

PART I

Well, i cannot describe my mood today.

Am I happy or sad / lucky or unlucky??

I got a job offer but they have to put my offer "on hold" due to the reason that i have to take leave. She said me when i can start work, i told her 11 August if otherwise i can start work immediately but might need to take leave on 5 and 7 August in due to preparation for my ROM. After hanging up and arranging time for signing the offer, i called DD. He reprimaned me for telling them that i had to take leave and that I'm getting married. He mentioned that they might "hold" the offer and i shouldn't tell them the truth. I feel awful about being contridicting. "Don't tell also not right, Tell also not right?!" What can i do?!

Then, BAD news came. My heart like DROPPED! I got panicked and worried. DD's prediction is real and that the job offer was being held and i have to attend a 2nd interview tomorrow. I believe that they will asked me questions why i didn't clarify during the interview. I might have a hard time explaining but I hope that they can feel my sincerity and able accept my apology and explaination.

I'm already almost at my wits trying to get a job and being stressed by this gloomy job market. There are so little opening for the jobs and many people applying the same position. My savings are depleting, starting to get bored at home and those installments commitments are starting to hit me. Also i need to save up more for my wedding banquet, photo album and new house. I feeling the tension. OMG!

I make visits to the temple at Bugis and prayed so hard that to please answer my prayers and get a good stable job. I am not cheating or stealing anything but i will want to earn a living to support myself and able to give more allowance to my parents. Please blessed me with a good job.

ALL out there - Wish me the BEST OF LUCK for tommorrow.
I will strive it all out because it's my ONLY chance to secure it.

Happy??!

I finally passed my BTT.

I really have to "Thanks, Summer" for letting me use her account to do the trial BTT. It helped me so much!

I kinda of lost count how many times that I've retake and retake. I'm just so sick for reading the GREEN handbook. It's time to start reading the BLUE handbook. Hee~! Now come to think of FTT, it's another challenge. Need to go through this last challenge before i can go learn driving lesson with a "L" plate.

Then, i went to book for my FTT. I paid but didn't get a test date. All the evening slot for FTT are FULL and no more other dates. How come their system so limited one? People want to book also cannot give a date? At least, he mentioned that the $ has gone into my account and i can book online or come again another day to select the date i want. Not to forgetting ADDITIONAL transport fee.

Now i need to retrieve my account and password in order to book FTT. DD mentioned that he will help me. Thanks DD!

Seems like things are not going too smooth. The first part is great but very bad for the second part. Gosh!

Now, the thing that i worried most is the job offer.

Weekend with a bad stomach

We had a nice Steamboat BBQ buffet dinner at Golden Chopstick at Tan Quee Lan street. The steamboat is rather tasty but the BBQ food is disappointing. Their BBQ is done by their chief and will be serve when we want to order. I was expecting like those in Seoul Garden where i can cook my own BBQ because that is mainly the reason that i'm craving for Steamboat BBQ. $18.80 nett with BBQ, free flow of juice, desert. Maybe i will go for another Steamboat BBQ buffet after my wedding. Haa!

When we leave the resturant, got a queue there. Jannet mentioned that Golden Chopstick is quite popular and have good reviews. Hee!

After the heavy dinner last night, end up with a bad stomach. Went to poo poo for many times and really quite restless.

Quite disappointed that i didn't get to meet up with Summer. I'm feeling so bad that she has to go alone to the Shu Umera workshop.

After much rest, i'm getting slightly better already. Phew~

New Hair-do

Can you see the difference? Frankly, i don't.

Now the top of my hair is light brown and i can smoothly run my hair through it without any tangles. I wanted a color lighter than my pervious color. I guess it will become lighter and lighter after few wash. I love my short fringe despite that i don't really like the hair cut but still happy to regain healthy hair once again. Hee!

I have long hair since sometime ago and the only change that i can do is to dye my hair. I have tried so many hair color from red, pruple to ash green but all failed to suit me. Brown or Dark Blonde suits me best. It helps to brighten and freshen up my face.

I tried to take a photo of my eyeshadow color but my camera cannot capture it. Sad! Actually, thought of entering a contest but due to my poor makeup skill guess better not. FYI, i put on green and white eyeshadow.

I bought Chance at airport DFS - i really in love with scent. It's so lasting but think i got the wrong one. Suppose to buy "Chance" in green color because the scent is similar but much lighter.

Miracle is a present from my daddy. It's my 2nd bottle already. Always my favorite!

❤ Alluring perfume: Chloe perfume

Both are gift from DD. Ralph Lauren is a valentine gift in 2007 and Chloe is a xmas gift in 2008.

It was a 154 minute movie. The action and suspense is there but I'm expecting more. After all, i do like this movie however I'm disappointed with the ending. Rating: 6/10.

Well, the next movie that I'm so looking forward to is: New Moon.
I bought the whole series but yet to read them. I just too busy with those books i borrowed from the library. Loving Lisa Jackson's books. Haa!

NUXE

Been using NUXE CFL and CE for over a week.

The product is great. There are some breakouts on my jaw line and it is reducing now. It makes my skin clearer and brighter. I find the scent is slightly too strong for my liking but i am getting used to it already. As long as it does wonder to my skin, i will be going back to purchase them again.

I hope to see more significant improvements with daily application of NUXE products.

It's a total failure. I purchase the stamping and nail plate but i did not purchase the "special" nailpolish. Normal nailpolish dry too fast and it can't pick up the polish.

I can't express my gratitude enough. She is pregnant and taking her time to make such a pretty frame. I'm going to display this pretty frame in my new house. Hee! Opps, i forget to take a photo of us.

I'm in search of some earrings because I'm sick of the same earrings that i wore almost every time i go out. "RING" earrings able to match with any outfit or occasion and I'm bored. I cant wear heavy earrings as my ear lobe will turn red and sag. I used to DIY my own earrings but nowadays, I'm too lazy to do it as the cost is more expensive than the earrings you can buy in stores.

Upset with myself

Today is another gloomy day. Same goes to my mood.

It been drizzling almost the whole day. I got slightly drenched and my poor feet are soaking wet due to the large puddle of rain water.

I have went for the interview but i felt really nervous that i did badly. The interview was totally tense up and i wish it could end sooner. I am in a lost when the HR asked me questions like "How would you like such a routine job?" and "How you aspire to be in this position?" and "What did u do to enhance the work process?".

Seriously, i m stunned. I'm totally unprepared for all these sort of question so i talk nonsense. Believe me, i mean nonsense. Haa!

Through May, i understand that it has a simple job scope. The main objective to is check the application form and to key in on time at a daily basics. I didn't think that such questions would be asked for a simple job. Most of the time, it's the department head who will make the decision but this time there's a HR. I always know that HR likes to ask all sort of "funny" question. Moreover, I'm recommended by May - shouldn't i have more advantage?

The results will be know in 1 or 2 weeks later as they are seeing other candidates. I'm afraid that i do not stand any chance due to my poor performance during the interview.

I feel upset.

Moody Monday

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.

Feeling really moody and wish that Monday can end sooner.

Someone in my house woke me up early and kept asking the same question. Usually, I'm the one who will get pissed off or irritated easier but this time DD was. Then, he spoke to me in a angry and pissed off tone when i didn't do anything wrong. I can't control how someone want to say or behave. I was upset that my tears was on the brim. Lately, i felt that our quarrel become more frequent and intense. Hope that our relationship will improve and blissful.

I suggest that DD and I to exchange a present on the night of my ROM. We must surprise each other and do something sweet for each other. DD's answer was "NO". He is totally unromantic. Sigh! I guess i will carry my own plans even though he got nothing for me.

Around noon, I went with DD to have his medical checkup but it was damn crowded at the hospital. We left and didn't get the checkup done. Then, rain came pouring down. I got drench and my hair is so damp. When i got home, i went to get my shower immediately. Boo Hoo! What a day!

I wanted to marry to someone who loves me and dote me not throw his temper on me. I got my own stress even though i might portray a happy outgoing look. My stress are money, studies, future, health and etc. If i want to think about it, it will be endless and depressing.

Tomorrow, I'm going to an interview recommended by May. So grateful to her.
I promised that I'm going to give her a treat if i successfully got the job.
I'm nervous as i have to market myself because i need this job due my depleting savings and gloomy job market.

I need money to go back into my savings and also my shopping fix.

NUXE CE and CFL

After much consideration, decide to purchase NUXE CE and CFL.

I find the products are of high quality. They absorb quickly into the skin and feel really light. I applied CE to sleep last night and realised that my skin is not as oily when i applied other products.

CFL claimed that it able to refine, tighten pores and matifies the skin.

I will definitely review more about it a week later.

Hope to see more obvious improvement to my skin.

Wishing for a less oily, smaller pores, radiant and clearer skin.

I caught this movie in Citysquare. Well, i was so excited going to watch this show as there is a huge crowd in every cinema. Every single time slot are either filing fast or sold out. I was wondering: "Wah, i die die must watch this show this weekend" and i step out of the cinema feeling disappointment. I fell asleep in the cinema not once but twice. Haa! The movie seems like it is talking about war as there's so many war scene. Darn Boring! I find this movie a total let down maybe due to my high expectations. I left the cinema totally stunned and clueless. My rating: 2.5/10.

The best thing about the show is the female lead, Megan Fox.
I find she is hot, pretty, sassy and super gorgeous.

JB Trip

Went JB again. I find it's tiring day for me maybe because I'm not feeling very well as having block nose. I took medicine twice already and if i'm not better, will seek doctor on Monday.

The main purpose of me going JB because i had to visit Etude House. I read from some forum that JB Etude House is having 30% discount store wide but is false. There are 30% going on but for different weeks of June. As for this week, 30% discount applies to makeup base and compact powder. Beside the lovely pink packing of Etude House, not many stuffs appeal to me and also they aren't that cheap too.

In the end, i didn't get any makeup or skincare but i got nail art stuffs instead. Haa! Nail art stamping pad that I've been looking for. I didn't expect to see them in Etude House and i will do a review about it when i try on it. This stamping nail art aren't new in the market but i thought it might be a better choice than using nail stickers.

DD bought some stuffs from me at the EXPO sales. I went earlier on Friday afternoon but DD was thinking of getting me more stuffs from there. So we went EXPO later that evening. I didn't want to spend too much of his money so i refrain myself spending too much.

Need a good eye cream to lighten my fine lines. I know it's beyond cure but when there's hope, miracle can happen. So i see Loreal eye contour cream seems like a quite attractive so i got it. Hope it can works.

Another two more Stila Duo at $6 each in Orchid and Mara Simba. Usual price was $33. Good buy! The disadvantage is not having the casing. I thought of getting the M.A.C empty palette but I'm not sure if the palette can fit the Stila re-fill single eyeshadow. I will definitely go check it out when my next visit at M.A.C stores. Haa!

Causal sandals for normal wear. Hee! Bling Bling is my favourite.

Expo Robinson Sale

Went to EXPO Robinson Sale.

When there is the word SALE, i had to be there. Haa!

Luckily, i had fixed myself a budget that i cannot exceed. Today's damage is $43. Hee!

Lunasol Noble Shade in 02 which is $35, usual is $77. The sales assistant told me that i was really lucky because it was the last piece. If i had more cash, i will definitely buy the Green Palette too.

I got 2 single eyeshadow (Grace and Oasis) from Stila costing $4 each. I find Stila eyeshadow is great and highly pigmented.

The other day, when I was at Bugis and happen to saw Joanne Peh. Luckily, DD managed to capture a picture of her. She look so dark and skinny in real life but still look gorgeous.

Budget honeymoon?

I thought of going on a trip after we are officially Mr and Mrs Chua.

My DREAM honeymoon destination is Europe which include Paris, Italy, Switzerland, France, Spain, Rome, Russia, Moscow. And others like London and UK.

Good things can wait.
I decide to go Europe after we hold our wedding banquet around Year 2011. No matter what it takes, i will make my dream come true. Work hard and save more money.

Due to the financially strain, we have to do a budget one.
Maybe post phone our trip to end of the year or maybe we do not have one.

This is the No.1 country that i would like to go. I heard many good things about Australia but never have to the chance to go. Have to go enjoy the nice weather, visit the Kangaroo and Kola bear. Nevertheless, trying out the food and nougats.

I am fully aware that China got nice and beautiful scenery. I am a sucker for scenic view because i spending too much of my live living in a big city. BORING! I dislike China people. Well, not all but most. I find that they are rude and speak loudly. Sometimes, i don't understand what they are speaking as they had such a strong accent.

Bangkok

It has been a good 10 years since i went to Bangkok. I totally enjoyed myself. It's a shopping and food heaven. Been wanting and dying to visit again.

Phuket

Pretty beach resort. It might be the perfect choice for honeymooners.

Bali

DD has been suggesting to go Bali. Another tourist booming place.

Krabi

I think Krabi is interesting. Seldom hear people talking about this place.

It's another beach resort but the reviews are less attractive than Phuket.
It will be our last choice.

Feeling EMO

DD and me has been quarreling more often. We are both so stressed and tense up.

Why?!!!
Money is the root of all evil.

It is going never ending if i want to rant about it but i know that i am not happy. Sigh! Life is full of worries.

I wonder if i made the right choice by spending the rest of life with him. I hope that i can get a hubby who dote me forever and going through thick & thin. I am so afraid that things will change when we got married. Things already start to show some bad signs like quarreling over monetary issues. Terrible!

I know he dotes me by treating me with good food and going on short trips whenever we can afford. Miss those good times.

We been giving offering at the temple but our answer wasn't answered. Disappointment hits us again and again. It so upsetting.

Now is the downturn and the market is freaking lousy! Being jobless is like droving me into despair. Hopefully the situation will improve soon.

Ghost of Girlfriend's Past

DD and me won movie tickets of "Ghost of Girlfriend's past" during shopping at BHG sales. It stated that we can choose to go to any cinema of our choice. So we decide to catch the movie at Iluma.

This is the 2nd time we went Flimgrade for a movie and find their service isn't so good as they are not efficient. We even have to queue for 10 mintues on a weekdays to get our tickets. Their seats are not quite comfortable but the best thing i like about is the air-conditioning (COLD).

Rating: 6/10
It was a decent movie and did bring some tears to my eyes but the storyline about ghosts is quite absurd. Haa!

We went to shop for my ROM's shoes but i can't find any that i like. White pretty heels are so hard to find.

Another week gone like that....

I did went for a agency interview on Tuesday but no outcome till today. So i doubt that there will be any chance for me to go for an interview. It only a 1 year contract job but has to go through so much trouble. Hmm, scary.

The job market is really bad. I am super worried as my savings in my bank are decreasing and there aren't much job openings out there. Sometimes, i wonder are they valid or just to show that they have job openings in order to have portray a good image.

There are so many sales going on lately which is really driving me BONKERS. Currently, I'm digging into my reserve so i can't spend like the usual. If otherwise, then i will just grab but now i have to consider and think twice before i purchase the item.

DD and me went to watch "I love you, Man" yesterday.

It is pretty hilarious but i can't pick up some of the words. I simply hate inconsiderate people who put their feet on the seats. I thought of snapping a photo of them doing it so i can't send to TODAY for their rude acts. Argh! I didn't want to spoil my movie so i remain my cool. Overall, i enjoyed it. Rating: 6.5/10.

I wonder how long will it take for me to go back to my usual self. Gosh! I need a job to have money then i can't regain my shopping addict true colors back to action again. Haa! There's so much things on my mind that i so wanted to buy! Oh dear!

Rough weekend

DD and me do not have a smooth weekend. We had some argument during the weekends and made up soon the very next day. Life is always full of hiccups.

We did not do anything much this weekend. Boring Weekend. No movies for us and we mostly spend our time sleeping at my place. Haa! Lazy!

I did bought a blouse from G2000 costing $17.10 after discount. I find that it's kinda of small for me but i absolutely love the design and i had to have it. Haa!

What wrong is with the weather these day? It's seems hotter and hotter every day. Everyone is crying out LOUD! The weather is so humid and warm. Even when after it rains the weather is cooler but hours later, same weather again.

I need the FAN therapy every minute. Be it sunny or rainy day, i will keep my fan on wherever i go. I can't stand feeling HOT but sad to say I'm living in a place whereby there's 365 days of summer.

Hee! How i got to know about Laniege sunblock is reading Urban that come with Strait Times. It's about fashion and beauty. Laneige sunblock cost S$38 at 150ml. A pretty big bottle to me and i believe will take around more than half a year to finish it. Hee!

I thought of trying "Laniege sleeping mask" after hearing alot of raves about it. The other sleeping mask that i got is "raspberry sleeping mask" cost around $50+ from the face shop. I can't remember when i bought it but until now i still have it. Love the raspberry smell! I tried on the Laniege water pack on Saturday and i like it. Seems like after the application my skin look not so sallow. It cost S$45 and worth buying. I prefer Laniege water sleeping pack than TFS raspberry sleeping mask.

For girls like me, I'm not born a beauty therefore i need makeup and dolling up to enhance my appearance. Applying makeup is not only helping to enhance the features and also making the imperfection look better but only making your appearance look better. It's advisable to put on light makeup during interview to be more presentable.

It's only now till i open it and start using it. The packaging is too cute and pretty. I can't bear to use it but i got to as makeup has a expiry. If not, i have to throw it again and waste this cute makeup.

Since Isa knows that I'm crazy over PINK and love makeup, she got me this during her trip to Melbourne. So pretty and compact. Loves!

In fact, I'm a late groomer as i do not have any elder sister or elder cousin to tell me how to dress up and makeup. I did try to put on makeup for my DND during secondary school days but failed. I think i look like a nightmare. Haa!

Then i realise that many guys are attracted by appearance. I had to do something to improve my sex appeal. I diet like crazy and slim down but of course, now i gain weight again to my former size because now i got a doting bf who feed me like mad. It certainly feels good to be slim. I m sure that if i want to slim down again, i will. If i can do it in the past, why can't i do it now? Haa!

When i step out to the working society, my colleagues and friends introduce me to makeup and other stuffs. It's so interesting! After years of putting on makeup, it grow more interest and make me understand alot of stuffs that i didn't know.

Makeup do wonders! It can make your skin look dewy, porcelain and cover imperfection but you need to cleanse it properly. If you want prefect makeup, you will need to take care of your skin.

Skincare is the most important to all ladies including man.
Ladies tend to age faster than man so got to maintain the skin.
21 years old and above, you got to start taking care of your skin if not sooner.
I have a combination oily skin with large pores which i detest. How i wish that i can have porcelain skin like those Taiwanese or Korea artists. So pretty.

Oily skin will cause breakout or large pores. Dry skin will cause peeling and wrinkles. Sian! We have a choice to choose what kind of skin we have but we can choose to take care of it, isn't it?

Manohara Odelia Pino, 17, told reporters she was treated like a sex slave after her marriage to Tengku Temenggong Mohammad Fakhry, the prince of Malaysia's Kelantan state, last year.

Her mother, Daisy Fajarina, said she would press charges against the prince and blamed the Malaysian and Indonesian governments for trying to cover up the abuse.

"The things I've been afraid of were revealed to be true. Manohara has suffered physical abuse. She's got several razor cuts on her chest," Fajarina told AFP on Monday.

"I will sue him. No parent could be silent if their child was treated in such a barbaric way."

The Malaysian government had ignored her pleas for access to her daughter and had blocked her from entering the country, she said, while the Indonesian embassy had said that Manohara was fine with her new husband.

But the young woman -- a well-known socialite in Jakarta -- said her life at the royal palace involved a "daily routine" of rape, abuse, torture and drug injections which made her vomit blood.

"I am still traumatised by all that happened and it has left an impact on me," she told reporters in Jakarta on Sunday, after escaping the royal family during a trip to Singapore over the weekend.

"Sexual abuse and sexual harassment were like a daily routine for me, and he did that every time I did not want to have sexual intercourse," she was quoted as saying in The Jakarta Globe.

"I could never think a normal man could do such things," she said, adding: "Some parts of my body were cut by a razor."

She has already filed for divorce.

There has been no comment from the Kelantan royal family or the Malaysian government.

Air France plane which vanished from radar after leaving Rio de Janeiro in Brazil on route to Paris, early June 1, 2009. The Air France plane on its way from Brazil to Paris has gone missing with 228 people on board, the airline said on Monday. Its last known location was unclear. Brazilian television said the Brazilian air force had started a search mission over the Atlantic Ocean for the plane.

OMG! Scary! It's like the drama series "LOST" that i have been watching lately. It's a tragedy and a shock. The whole plane carrying 228 people on board flight AF 447 went missing in the Altantic ocean and many suspected that it already crash into the ocean. An Air France-KLM spokeswoman in Amsterdam said there had been no radio contact with the missing plane "for a while. Understand that the plane has a electrical short-circuit. Hope that they will be news of them and pray that all can be safe.

Anyway, about the series "LOST". It really long winded but quite addictive. You will have to need patient to watch the FULL series.

Went to Tampines to change my foundation shade. The sale girl was rather friendly and she ex-change the stock for me. Yayeee. Previously, i had so much anxiety about the shade. I got shade 21 instead of shade 22 which is dark for me. Now i look better in that foundation.

I also had my lunch at Mai Dang Dang! Yummy! Super full and greasy. Haa!

I intend to find a place quiet to savour my food and read a book. Seems like in Tampines, there's no such place. It's too populated! Gosh! Crowded everywhere even where recent open shopping centre also pack with crowds.

I guess i have a problem planning and sometimes i can't make firm decision. I hate myself. I'm also too soft hearted and not firm enough. Sometimes, this might be a strength and weakness.

Thankfully, i got DD who can give me suggestion and his opinion. I guess sometimes such simple things irritates him badly. Hee! Sayang my stink stink.

I have called the Bridal Studio to confirm that i wanted the long gown. Finally, a peace of mind.

Pending to arrange for the makeup artist to contact so i can give her my address to come over my place to do the makeup. I guess doing a lunch solemnisation is not a wise choice, i definitely recommend high-tea to those who plan for do solemnisation outdoor.

Feeling bad about myself

I'm not too sure why~

But I'm not feeling good maybe i woke up on the wrong side of my bed. It was raining in the morning and i didn't get a good sleep. Noises everywhere that woke me up.

My mummy is back from China and i showed her the gown that i selected for my ROM. She said that i don't look very good in the long gown and very inconvenient to wear such "toot toot train" dress. So we went back to the bridal studio to chose my gown again and however the gown are quite selective. Then, i tried on this gown which i do not like it but my mummy say that it makes me look very cute and cheerful but also it's short and easy to move around. I look so FAT in the gown that i even have to blackout my face. SAD! The more i think about it, the more i detest it.

How??! I look like a PILE of SHIT right? I hate myself. Hate to be FAT. Hate all the good food in this freaking whole. Hate freaking worries. In subject to this gown, i quarrelled with my DD , being moody and make myself low morale. I hate this gown. I hate everything. Then when i start to feel the mood swing hit me, i have the thought that i don't want to get married anymore. I hate seeing myself looking ugly in the pretty gown. The gown is pretty but I'm not!

I do not want to be impluse anymore. The problem of causing so much happiness only has a reason and the reason is that i want to look pretty and slim on my wedding day. After much consideration, encouragment and support from DD, i manage to make the choice "The one that i like".

I decide to give the bridal studio a call and give my firm decision with long gown. I know it might be very draggy and can't move about freely. It fits me well. DD also said that it look good on m. I love it! Also feeling so paiseh for causing people so much inconvenience. =(

Woke up today and went to Tampines for lunch and some shopping.

The sun is scorching lately and sweat for easily. I yearn that Singapore can have more cooler season but i doubt this will happen. Haa!

Ate Long John Sliver for lunch, follow by the library to return some books. At first, i thought of finding a seat to read my book but the library is packed. No choice, i have to go back home and rest.

Tomorrow is DD's birthday. I will be meeting him tomorrow. Yipee!

I came across this article today.

It is about a homeless South Korean unable to withdraw his life savings because he could not remember his real name has died in poverty and end up $100,000 in his bank. The man, believed to be aged 56, died of cancer last month, leaving 128 million won (just over 100,000 dollars) in a bank account that was opened in early 1993. The man collected scrap iron and other junk and slept on his cart under plastic sheets before moving in 2007 into a makeshift shelter made from a shipping container.
Deposits were still allowed but the account holder had to register a real name to withdraw money. He didn't know what his real name was or where he was born. The Bank tried but failed to identify him. Though he could not withdraw from the account, he kept putting in savings.

His last wishes is to buy a house with his savings but the wish did not come true.

So poor thing! He didn't even get to spend a single cent that he has earn. Tears swell up at the corner of my eyes. I admire his strong will, good endurance and courage. I am not sure why he end up not remembering his name or birthday but i guess something bad must have happened to him. I believe now he is somewhere peacefully in heaven.

Sometimes, i realise that there's no meaning in life. Life is a torture and meaningless. We born to study for good results, work for money, fall ill and die. Well, i believe money is the root of all evil. Real pathetic that this world has become like this.

My wish is to start a family with my DD, have his cute healthy smart chubby babies, got more than enough money to spend, a comfort place that we can both call "Love Nest" and happily married. Seriously, worries grow with age somehow i wish that I'm still a baby.

I am worried and scare about getting married. It is a brand new level of our relationship. I was wondering if DD will treat me well and love me forever. A marriage certificate has no guaranty and it might expires. It take two make our marriages work and communicate is the best tool.

Getting married and starting a home meaning need more money. Money money money! What the hell in this world don't need money??

I have went for my interview today. Hmm, it was quite relax and causal. I'm not sure what is the chance of getting the job. The position is a purchasing executive that based in a restaurant. It's something very different from my previous environment. I am not sure whether I'm suitable for it. However, there's a networking session for ION Orchard this coming Friday but i not too keen.
DD is rather unhappy with this current job. It hurts me to see him like this. I advice him that if really dislike the job, then resign. Money can't buy happiness. I will stand by him and support him. Jia you, my love!

DD got a job and we are both so happy. It is a SME company but no choice as it is better to have a job then none. We did a small celebration by eating Dian Xiao Er and Fish & Co. It is a treat for us.

We spent days together spending quality time. I guess DD will be tired over his new job and will only get to meet me during weekends.

I'm not sure why i spend the day resting at home. Watching online movies and taking an afternoon nap. Great!

I did sent out some resume and got a call for an interview. Tomorrow, i will be going for an interview. Wish me luck!

Went to JB today again. The journey was rather tiring but was fufilling.

We went to watch Wolervine but in the middle of the show, i doze off. Haa! Watson is a good shopping place in Citysquare. Hee! Spend ard RM100+ there. I also bought a pair of heels which is suitable for my wedding as well. We ate lunch at Old Town and find the food is not to my liking. I don't think i will patronise again.

Hmmm, DD's birthday is coming soon and i not sure what to get for him.

Also i decide to engage a photographer for our ROM and happen to be a lady. I am really impress with her work but i hope that our ROM's photos will turn out very well. Then, i can help to convince my friends to also sign up.

Long weekend

Labour Day falls on a Friday so it's long weekend for the employed. There's so many sales going on during this period. For instant, Metro expo sales and BHG. I bought my Shu Umera eyelash glue but the price was increased to $18 instead of $16. Anyway, there is 10% off. Then, i bought some bras too. 2 sets for $35 with additional 20% off. Woah, good deal!

Time flies very fast. It's only 3 months left to my ROM and time to get busy.

DD and me went to Vivocity on Saturday because we can't find any good place to go to. We went there to search for our wedding invitation cards but was in vain. It's was our 40th month anniversary and give our self a treat at Ajisen. We didn't quite enjoy our outing but is the being together matter the most.

Today, we went to Tampines to source for our wedding bands. I manage to saw a pair that fits to my liking at Poh Heng but it was't the perfect one. The bands are rather simple and common among all jewellery shops. Phew! We having a hard time making a decision. Beside looking for wedding bands, we also went to look around for our invitation cards and finally we found them at Hallmark. It's cheap and serve a good purpose.

We meet up with Yee Hui and Janet on Saturday and went to JB City Square.

I been planning to go JB to grab some cheap stuffs and my wish came true. There's a new Malaysia custom and was having jam due to a Saturday's traffic. It took us around 2 hours to get there.

We went to Vivo to grab some food but was pretty good. We had mushroom soup and garlic bread for starters. The garlic bread is very indeed yummy. I ordered a bake rice but didn't manage to finished it. We also a platter of seafood which is average but their chicken wings are really good.

I manage to go Waston to grab 2 Nivea Whitening Scrub at RM13.90 while SG is selling SGD14.90. DD got 2 dental floss which he regularly needs to floss his teeth. Hee! I didn't buy any shoes as there isn't any that i fancy. Then I went over to Face Shop, i bought the Rice Whitening Foam Wash RM35.90 and Rice Whitening Emulsion RM35.90 while SG is retailing $22+ for each. So thrilled with my buys.

We watch "Friday the 13th" at City Square for RM10. It was scary! I cling on to my seat during the movie and jump a couple of times. I think the sound effect is awesome. The story line is poor as the title is name Friday the 13th but Jason goes killing any time he likes. Despite the poor story line, I still it's worth watching.

We left City Square at 7.30pm and reach Queen Street almost 9pm. We grab our dinner at Bugis Hawker Centre as we can't decide where to have our dinner. It was a tiring day for us.

Today, i spend Sunday resting at home. I really want to go Luxasia sale at Toa Payoh Safra but was too tired to travel. I gave up to go the Luxasia and stay home. Then, i suppose to go with DD to Dody's place but was too lazy to move my butt. Hee!

Later in the evening, got Star Awards. I want to watch! Little Noya sure WIN!

I went for an interview at Marina Bay Sands yesterday. Nervous! Hopefully i can get the job offer. Praysssssss! Please let it be me.

Today, DD and me did nothing much. We went to Bugis again to pray for more luck for us to secure a job. I also pray that the economy can recover faster so that more people can have more opportunities. We want to work for a living so that we can earn money to buy bread and water. It's not like we are going to steal or rob but we are hoping for a decent and good job.

I took a nap in the afternoon. I got a terrible dream about 2 old man trying to commit suicide. It's so scary!!!!! OMG! DD said that i have watch too much horror movies that cause my mind to have wild thoughts.

Finally, it has started raining. A storm! I'm so glad that today will be a cooler. I detest that Singapore is summer 365 days a year but this is my HOME and i do not have a choice. If DD can find a job overseas in the future maybe we can migrate to that country. How nice? Haa, is only a dream. How many people's dreams can come true?

Did nothing much today.

Resting at home and watching streaming movie online. It is enjoyable and also seems like the days i have spent in US. Haa! Then, DD came over to meet me for dinner. We went for Sardine Mutarbak opposite my house. Yum!!

DD gave me a treat of Sakae Sushi Hightea buffet yesterday. It was quite a feast. I would not consider having another sakae buffet as I find the standard of the food has dropped. Boo!

Back to watch more movies. =)

Missing USA

DD has been looking at some other job openings that can able him to travel oversea. Even since he has not been shortlisted by REC, he is rather down and disappointed. Hope that he can buckle up and keep on trying =)

Mixed feelings...

DD has not been shortlisted for the position. We are both very upset and disappointed but however, we will not give up hope and will try to apply again. The problem is that he has been idling at home for ages and trying to apply for any job which fits his education level and qualification but few company called. Perhaps DD needs a little more luck. It been quite a few since we spent those luxurious days whereby we go restaurant for dinner and as many movies as we can. Now we need to save more wisely. Whenever there's a sales, i have to consider more times before purchasing the item. If DD has a job and i have a stable job, i definitely will shop. Even stock up cosmetic that are on sales and now i only have to buy the minimum. Sad!

Life is so miserable with some many things in life to worry about and humans are the ones that makes life so complicated. Phew, somehow i feel tired with life.

I have finally ended my job and now an unemployed. I have mixed feeling because i have a loss of income but i gain my unhappiness. Most of all, i don't have to oblige to orders by my colleague. It hard to describe in words how much i hate my job and the colleagues there. I'm happy that i leave for greener pasture. The bad economy worries me that i might take a longer time to secure a job but i still have hopes that i can join the workforce again. Right now, I'm trying to take a break and sort out my thought of what i would like to do in life. I'm also looking forward to obtaining a degree and a driving licence.

Besides being gloomy, DD and me spend a wonderful weekend. We went to Tampines 1, Singapore Expo for the John Little Sales and Iluma. Tampines 1 was so crowded that they even have acher to smooth the crowd flow. There many Japanese stuffs there like Uni Qlo and a supermarket at B1. We even have to join a queue in order to shop at Uni Qlo and i got 2 tanks top at $9.90 - Usual $14.90 (Loving the material). We visit the John Little Sales at Expo. Loreal are having the best discounts with 20% + 20%. I bought a few to stock up at the cheapest price. Hee! We went to watch the movie "Knowing" for promotional rate: $6.00 at Iluma. The show is superb but as cinema i did not have any particular liking about it. I still prefer The Cathay.

DD and me are getting hooked on swimming again. Great! We planning to go tomorrow. Yippee!

Still no news about DD's interview.

Both of us are getting inpatient and worried. He has been to quite a couple of interview but still searching. It hurts me to see him disappointed if he didn't get the offer. We are both afraid that he will be rejected. If he get the job, everything will be so perfect. He get a chance to spend a year in other country and i get to go with him. We plan to get married and spend our honeymoon. Hence, we can start our life together and go visit different states. This time, we did serious and sincere praying. Please Please Please! Let our prayers be answered. Tomorrow is the chance to receive a call from them if otherwise the chance will be very slim. We are getting so panic. DD is so stress up that he can't sleep well at night. Poor DD. I know this waiting period is so tough for him emotionally. I'm sorry that i can't do anything much to help him relieve at this critical time. All i can do is pray for the best, praying that DD will secure this job. I believe "Guan Yin" has heard my prayers. Keeping my fingers crossed~

I did not report to work for the whole week. Got an eye infection (sore to allergy eye). It was damn itchy and tearing. I almost dig my eyes out. Actually, i don't give a damn whenever if I'm go work. I have tender my resignation and ending next Wednesday. I can't wait to leave my job as i really cannot stand the treatment they have been giving me.

Still no news.......

No news from the interview that DD has went. This is a critical week and we both are crossing our fingers that he will can hitch the job.

I didn't went work today. Frankly, i have lost interest and looking forward to pursue other jobs. I hate the feeling of being discriminated and humiliated. Best is to get out of the living hell as soon as possible. I remembered that when i first got an interview at KK, i'm extremely excited and happy then i was hoping that i can get this job and was planning that i can stay here at least for a couple of years. Well, it does not goes smoothly and in fact, i despite this job. Simply, doing as an data entry clerk, being ordered around and acting according to orders. Yuck! We went swimming today. Been ages since we last went for a swim, it feel great to dip in the cool water and do some exercise. I love swimming. Now i have aching arms and legs. Hee! Well, we must be consistent and need to go back on track to do more exercise.

I have got to work this Saturday which dampened my weekend mood.

After work, i meet DD at bugis and went to pray the Guan Yin Temple. We have made a couple of trips there and sincerely hope that our prayers will be answered. DD has been searching a job for a couple of months but no news. Finally, DD got an interview and extremely excited. Now we are waiting for their call and hoping good news will come knocking our door soon. *Praying hard*

We went to have Fish & Chips for lunch and went straight to Arcade for our Bomber man. It's so fun that now we are both addicted. I wish that i can find the game online so i can play as many times i want. Hee. We spent more than 4 hours there costing us around $10.00. Gosh!!

Hmm, i had a long week and work on Saturdays..

I have tender my resignation and waiting for my last day to come. I truly wish that it can end sooner as i have no wish or interest to pursue further. I despite the job and the people there. I do not have friends and no one to trust. Thus colleagues who are demanding and complicated, even the only colleague whom sat beside me is bossy and told people that I'm her sectary. Of course, I'm not happy but i don't wish to offend anyone. I wish to go quietly and hope the day will pass by sooner.

Today went to the Robinson Sales with DD. I find that the sales today is not as good as the last Robinson Sales. In fact, i got many makeup from L'oreal 20% + 20% and i spent $80!!!!! OMG! Sales are a hazard to my pockets.

DD is having his very important interview tomorrow. It's very cirtical if we can go to Norway depends on his performance to impress the interviewer tomorrow. We went to the temple for a couple of time praying hard for DD. I believed that DD can do it. Prays for DD.

Dreams destroy my sleep

I didn't had a good sleep last night mainly due to many dreams that i had. I wonder what is my mind doing?? Dark circles formed under my eyes looking dreadfully tired. Haa.

After work, went to meet Dar for dinner. We ate curry fish head and a plate of vegetables costing $19.40. Then we headed to Gelare for their Tuesday's special where they sell Waffles at half price. Yum!

I bought a polka dots polo tee blouse which i can't decide whether if i really fancy it. Also i bought a pair of flowery white shoes from Bata which cost $19.90. It's quite comfortable though I have no idea how to match it yet.

Now i totally adore Nicholas Sparks, i find that he is great author and i hope there will be more of his new books in the bookstores. Haa. I have to glued myself to another of his book "Dear John" and seems addictive.

Till then, got to finished the book before i have to return to the library.

Cameron and KL trip (03/2009)

Our short trip to Cameron and KL was quite disappointing.
However, we enjoyed ourselves and treasure our time together.

When we check in our room at Strawberry Park Resort, we are amazed. The room is huge and awesome. The toilet so spacious that it had a bathtub and also a balcony. Woah!

Both of us didn't enjoy KL much. I didn't bother to take pictures our room in Nova Hotel. It is old and the TV is not good working condition. The advantage is that it is in the entertainment area where there's many shopping centre and walking distance to Times Square. At the opposite of the hotel, it was a busy street where there are many food stall. We bought beers and pack some food to eat at our room.

We didn't manage to buy any local products during this trip and we have leftover ringgits. I bought a pair of sneakers (RM40), Diorshow mascara (RM98) and Diorsnow skincare range (RM179). I'm not sure how much it will cost at the Dior counter but i assume at the advantage of our high exchange rate, purchasing it in Malaysia will be cheaper than in Singapore.

I missed blogging alot so i change my blog skin for something new.

Been through some rough times at work and also tense up during the night. I come a decision to end it all. Dar supported my decision. I'm worried about not having an income thus i 'm unhappy with my job.

I sincerely pray for happy times to come. The main thing i yearn for is Dar Dar to secure with a job. We are overwhelmed when REC gave Dar a call that his resume will be submitted to the hiring manger. Prays, prays that he is shortlisted. I believe that he is better off being an engineer than a trainer. I have faith in him.

And I hope that i can land in my dream job soon.

Whoa, finally back to BLOGGING

Many things happened this couple of months. I got a job and DD are back.

Recently, we just got into a huge fight about him making friends online ( facebook ). It really hurt me. It might make me seems petty but i have to show him that I'm really upset. His decision in making more girls friends proved that I'm still not good enough for him. I wanted him to explain the reason of him making more girls friends but he can't provide a good explanation. I love him deeply and stay loyal to him. I didn't even talk any single guy who approach me nevertheless those who are interested in me. Of course, i don't expect that he will be treat girls the same way i treat guys but i thought his heart belongs to me. After i found out of the photos of Elaine on his laptop, i know i still do not have his heart completely. It sadden me deeply.

We have decide to move to another level of our relationship yet he is doing such things which will impact to our relationship. Maybe he neglect the fact once that i found out things like that TRUST will fade and suspicion grew stronger. In fact, i love him hence the reason to excel our relationship.

I forgive him but i believed that there are cracks hidden somewhere in my heart.

My love: DD is back! Extremely happy and i missed him so much.

It's been 3 days since DD is back and I am taking every chance to meet him daily. Before i start my work on 3rd November, around 2 weeks left to bond with each other. We are better than before, no quarrels or argument and things are going on sweet. So nice!

I wanted to be a nice gf as i promised when i made him a card. I'm a rather short and quick tempered person hence i tend to get pissed off easily. So now, I'm under going a change. It will definitely make my relationship and life better. Hee!

Bought a 32" HD TV. Hee! $799. It will be delivered tomorrow.

Cranky internet explorer

Darn! Last night, i was blogging about yesterday when my Internet Explorer mentioned it has to shut down. I didn't get to save my entire entry!!!! Well, i'm too tired to rewrite everything again.
Accompanied DD's mum for blood test earlier today. Seems like she is feeling much better and look more healthier. Doing regular check up is the best! Discover early rather than late. The next follow-up will be a week later.

At first, i crave for fake eyelashes. I have a lot of boxes at home. Hee! I love pretty looking eyes. Lately, i didn't wear fake falsies as i constantly applied Canmake Eyelashes Essence daily (day/night) and works. I am so happy that I came to know about this wonderful product. Now i simply just swipe my lashes with my mascara and I'm good to go. Haa! Wearing fake falsies is definitely nicer and makes the eyes look rounder bigger. And i will not give up my fake eyelashes because it gives a DOLLY look. So pretty.

Recently, i craved for pretty looking nails. Bought nails stickers to decorate them. $2.95 buy 1 get 1 at SASA. Only $1.47 each: Super duper cheap as currently they are having promotion. I thought of running back and get some more. Opps! =X

It's all along been a trend for girls to do up nice looking nails when more and more manicure outlet appeared in SG. I only been to a manicure at Bugis Village once and chose to do strawberry design which cost me around $21-23? There's several people commenting my nails look so cute. Hee! Well, I think going to nail salons are costly so i prefer to do my own. At most, buying quality nail polish like OPI. I own quite a few bottles now and still adding more to my collection. I simply love them as it's long lasting, bright and smooth texture. I learn smart that i have to file my nails first hence it will appear to be smooth.

A reason that i want a camera because i got post up more picture to my blog. For instance, i was writing about nails arts so i want to show my DIY nails. Hmm, maybe i will borrow DD's camera when he is back.

Upset! I'm not the one.

I'm so happy that DD is coming back and looking forward to fetch him from the airport. I planning what time to leave my house and what to wear to the airport? After all, it's just my wishful thinking. I'm not the one he wish to see at the arrivals gates. He mentioned that his sister is coming to fetch him. Deep inside me, i was secretly wanting him to tell me that he has rejected his sister as the car can't fit so many people and most importantly because i'm the person he want to see most. In fact, i got another answer which somehow affect me. He replied me: Noted!

Now even he wanted to do something about it, it's too late. Nothing can mend what has crack.

Maybe i'm kicking a fuss over a molehill. I can't hide my feelings that i seriously feel hurt. I always thought DD has become a part of my life. With this long distance communication breakdown and emptiness, it causing tension and strains. We are already breaking apart, can he see it?? Isn't it makes it more important to see your love one waiting at the arrival gate to give u a hug? Well, it's so different how a guy and a girl would think.

When i went over to meet him in US, he waited for me with flowers. I already expected that he will get flowers because he did mentioned something to me. I'm very happy to see but i have the nervous feeling. The sort of feeling that i meeting someone from the Internet. He didn't gave me a hug when i reach but gave me flowers. It's nice because i know he wanted to do something sweet for me. I appreciate it! Sometimes because of our many quarrels doesn't mean i don't appreciate simple things he done. I still can remember sweet surprises in during our early days of courtship. Now, everything is simply dull and boring. Just more quarrels and he hanged up my phone or going offline.

I thought a short trip can ease our minds and bring us closer due to our quarrels. It might be a good time to bond with each other and have fun together. He suggested that we should not go as there's a recession going on now and have to save up more. I understand his point of view but can he understand mine? To him, everything is money and time. To me, spend a reasonable amount and bring happiness so why not.

He didn't sense that i stop talking about marriage, planning or etc? Because i know once i start on it and will bring me more disappointment. I don't want to make myself upset for a happy occasion.

He might think since he is back, he might have the rest of the time to accompany me. Like going to movies and shopping? Out of sudden, i lost of all these interest. There is nothing to look forward anymore.

Time after time, i got hurt and disappointed. I am so vulnerable now.

Maybe we are no longer who we used to be!

When things gone bad . . .

OMG! I did something to my laptop yesterday and it has no audio.
I try and try to figure out ways to rectify it but failed. Then, i tried again today!
Yayee! It works! I'm so grateful that my audio is back. Haha!
I really learnt my lesson not to install any stuffs from the internet.

When there is a saying, you can fall down but do not fall in love.
If fall down, you can stand up but just suffer from physical injuries.
If fall in love, you can hardly stand up but suffer emontional injuries.
Emontional injuries hurts the most. For those who ever fall out of love, will understand.

My relationship is still not picking up ...
We are not actually doing fine and had small tiffs everyday. I don't quite understand how i'm feeling but i know that we both are very worn out by our relationship and also trying to make decisions to survive in this cruical time.

My life is good but isn't exactly perfect. I have a average to do family and everything that i wanted my parents will try to provide me. However, my deepest regret is my education that i have step out into the society when other girl of my age are still pursuing their studies.

Now i got my diploma and wanted to get a job which can fetch a higher pay but somehow didn't quite manage to. Economy is getting from bad to worse which is very much affected by US. Every day, newspaper will talk about retrenchment and tough 2009 which brings fears to many people including me. I read from an article that during this period it will be tough for fresh graduates to get a high pay job. It saddens me so much. I put in time and effort to get a diploma as reason being that i can get a higher pay job than before. Well, it's all about the wrong timing.

I just got an offer from KK hospital but i'm not too pleased with the salary. I have yet to give my commitment to them and stress that i would like to negoiate about the salary further. I asked for $150 more of what they are offering. Now, i'm not sure if i can get so PRAY hard.

DD has been retrenched and coming back to SG end of this week. Again, he has to go through interviews and secure a good job. Poor DD! Anyway, hopefully that the retrechment package will be good enough for him to survive this tough times.

Our relationship is destroyed!

Beyond help and cure. . . . Quarrels after quarrels. . .
Conversation grew lesser and love goes fade. . . .

No matter how sad and hurt I'm, he will not come forward anymore. It is also the edge of a relationship. I'm so tired of trying to make things works anymore and often left me in streams of tears. When we quarrel, he is not anxious to making things works: perhaps he is tired of it. He doesn't make me feel loved anymore but like i suppose to be understanding him always. I lost all my confidence in this relationship.

Intentionally, he is only guy that I've plans for future and to get married. He treated me and love me wholeheartedly. Once we got to know better of each other, problems start to arise one by one. Finally, end up to this wrecked state. We both know that some part in us still love each other but there's too much character flaws that is breaking us up.

Maybe a "Breakup" is the best option when we both are in this state??
There might be a happier tomorrow when we are both gone separate ways.

Woooah! Didn't realise that I haven't been updating my blog for 6 days.

Having the UPs and the DOWNs. . . .

Well, i have give up the job in NHC. The last day was on Wednesday.
I tender my notice on Monday. A few of the ladies were shocked that i'm leaving working less than 2 weeks. I rather dread working there. I guess what affects me most is the job which i simply have no interests and has to face other people's stares and remarks. So demoralised.

I pity a lady: Jenny who has only worked 1 year in NHC. She might be slightly blur but i can see that she is pile up with huge workload. Poor thing. There's someone there who has worked for 8 years but can't get along with her and didn't even offered to give a single helping hand. They are not good to each other and seldom speak. Aiyo, everywhere is the same?! Why can't i see better people in this working world?

Jenny has to assist around 6 doctors. One of them whom i have the most bad impression is a female doctor. She seems to have those arrogant kind of look and rude. I dislike her the very first moment i saw her. Jenny was trying to do up the work for her and hurry as Doctor's schedules are very busy. Forgetful Jenny went to unlock her door and put something inside her room. But she left the keys on the doors. Doctor Ding came back and was very furious said: "JENNY! JENNY! TAKE THE KEYS AWAY!" and she slam the door. OMG, i was thinking Jenny was in deep shit. People forget to take the keys not do it on purpose, can't she speak in a better tone? I know she is a "senior consultant" so meaning she can order people like this. Haa!

To prevent myself from having this kind of treatment, i better get my ASS out of there!

I've been shortlisted for the 2nd interview in KKWCH and went on Thursday. I think i did rather well but i don't want to hold too high hopes in case that i've not been selected. Suppose to be interviewed by 2 person but another interviewer call in for MC. Fortunately, I'm been interviewed by a really nice Malay guy. I really prays that i will be selected as there's 2 position with 3-4 shortlisted candidates for the interview. On Thursday, i was the 1st candidate to be interviewed and when i left i saw, the other candidate is waiting for interview. Well, she look kind of soft and matured.

Prays to get the JOB!

Medicine ends on 9 Oct! Hence, i will be have to consume the 3 weeks after 7 days. Now I'm waiting for my menses to come really soon. Also recently, i had many breakouts, feeling moody, body aches and also tired easily.

Went to visit DD's mum after the interview. I also played with Thaddeus. He is sick so he didn't went to school. DD's mum seems much better after going to the doctor. She is rather careful of her diet and keen to get well. 2 weeks later will be another visit to the doctor. Hope that her readings will be near to normal and well.

I was waiting for the Bus 51 at the interchange. That day, i was wearing a rather low blouse and expose a fair chest. Got a freaking AH BENG waited for me to stand beside and peak at me. Wah lau, i feel so naked when he looked at me like that. Gross! I wish DD was there to protect me. Then, i quickly scramble up to upper deck to find a seat. Heng, he didn't came up.

Webcam with DD for short while and went to Outram with my mum to check out more on tours packages. She is planning a trip somewhere with my brother. After making enquiries, all the packages seems rather expensive. Somehow i hate shopping for tour packages or maybe i am not really keen in participating expensive tours.

I was planning to either go to Batam or Malaysia. It's a cheap and budget relaxing getaway.
We still have not go into full details of when and where to go. A plan is just a plan.

I understand now the times are as good but doesn't means that we can't go on a short trip. Our major communication method is through electronic device: Laptop and mobile phone. Thankfully, there are such things as MSN and skype. Beside these non-physically attributes, we do not see each other physically. For sure, there will be more problems occur when emptiness is starting to play trick on one and other such as blaming and misunderstanding.

Hopefully, we can go on a short trip for just the both of us to BOND with another again.

We might not even go. DD seems not too interested to me. He didn't mentioned much but simply asked: Which is the cheapest?! Then, it was dead silent again. I didn't want to kick a fuss on this because such situation has happened not only once. He is not being pro-active and quite indecisive. I believe his excuse will be that he has too many things on his mind and he forget or thinks that this can wait. Surely, can cook up with an excuse no matter what!

Did my nails in deep maroon. Nice color! I really like OPI nail polish and second by ORLY.
OPI is more costly which definitely the best as the brush is wide so you just have to brush 1-2 times to get your polish coated onto your nails. The colors are vivid and lasting.

As for ORLY, the color is very thick and strong. Looks nice. The brush has a rubber grip to have a better hold when applying the polish. However, i find that the brush is thin and makes the application uneven so the drying time for each fingers will differ.

Conclusion: What you pay is what you get!

Rest at home but do nothing. I tried to take a nap but can't. Weather is a killer.
So i play games on my DS and missing my DD. He is in Las Vegas spending the last weekend there. Also to get stocks from COACH boutiques for his sisters. As for me, i don't wan to spend too much. Factory outlet's stock will do fine for me.

Meet up with a cotter and sold her one of my Monistat for $11.
Then, went to Orchard to meet up with the Ultra shimmer eyeshadow palette organiser to collect my 88 color palette. 1 for me, another one for Huiling's birthday present. I really don't know if she likes this one but she is insane for eye shadows. Haa!

Sepohra is coming to Singapore. They are opening a oulet here and currently hiring sales assistance. Also Majolica will be launching in Watson end of this month. Wooah, more choices of makeups meaning more chances of spending money. Haa!

Hmm, recently i've been thinking of the past.
For instant, how i got a boyfriend? When i started to fall in love? How loving and sweet? In a relationship, it is always happy just that breakups are sad.

I would couples hugging each other in train and escalator, like they both are so into each other. The guy will just gently give the girl a kiss. So sweet. Now, seems like i don't experience such things. So meaning these kind of acts are from teenagers but not working adults like me. Haa! Or should i say: Theirs are puppy love, Mine is real love? Haa! Nonsense.

When couples returning home from outings. Smiling from ear to ear and kiss goodbye! So nice.

Now DD is being away and i'm back home in Singapore. We still continue to fight almost every other day. When times are better will talk about other things but still end up in fights again.

I believed when a long relationship has grow stable, simple gesture will be forgotten. Hugging and holding hands to make each other feel loved is most important. I ever read that it's the body language that can tell a million words. Kiss from your love one to remind that: You're only mine, or I'm only yours! Isn't it nice to remind one another? =)

Surprises grow lesser and then non-existence anymore. Sigh! It will also boost up your partner's mood and feeling make her/him know that you appreciate having her/him in your life so you make an effort to give a surprise. It feels very sweet, touched, warm and special when you're really surprised! Well, i have to comment that i ever felt that way before. When DD really surprised me by giving me a necklace which i really like it and merely just point it out to a friend. I didn't even told DD, so i didn't expect that he had heard my conversation with my friend. Then, surprises become lesser and gone! No more surprises but MORE quarrels.

Least but not least, the most important is SEX. It brings a couple to a better understanding of each other. For sure, it is one of the ways to express love. However, in today's society many people has been abusing it and fooling around. So who is being true and who is not, hard to judge?

Well, my motto is: Be loyal to your partner and love him wholeheartedly!

A bodyache Sunday

Time flies as we have already entered October.
Hopefully that the weather will turn cooler soon.
I prefer cold weather than hot & humid weather. Haa!

Keep having body aches recently and feeling rather uncomfortable which make me tired and restless. Maybe i should go for a body massage? I never tried it before but it might helps.

I went for an interview in KKWCH. Isn't that cool?
So I can learn more about drugs and perhaps have more knowledge which will be benefitical to my daily life? The interview went ok but i still need to go through the second round of interview in order to be confirmed. Sigh!

As recently my job in NHC, I'm having many complaints. I don't like the job or environment. I thought that i can adapt the job as previously i had experience being a Personal Assistant and i realised that it's not what I'm looking for. In my view, i find that there's no value add. There's nothing much that i can learn beside doing roster, taking minutes and doing dictation (I really hate this). I do not like being told by others and help to work independently or to said with minimum supervising. Sigh! DD advised me to resign if i really don't enjoy being there. I really not sure what should i do about it.

Well, the good news is that DD is coming home on 17 Oct! Yippee.
Miss him so much!
